Accommodating Allergies & Dislikes

The Meal Planner can exclude over 700 ingredients! Our recipes can accommodate all nut, soy, coconut, corn, and gluten allergies. You can also further customize your meal recommendations to avoid certain foods you don't love, such as cilantro, mushrooms, olives, eggplant, or spicy foods—to name a few! 

You enter these when you sign up, and can edit them at any time. To change your Preferences, click on the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of the website when you are logged in, and then "My Preferences" and "Allergies and Dislikes."
