How to use the Meal Planner

When you log in, you will land on your Discover page. Here you'll see 3 recipe recommendations per meal, per day. These are all customized to you, based on the preferences you set (which you can edit at any time!).

You can also use the Search feature to find recipes by ingredient, flavor, cuisine type, meal type, and cook time! Just note that when using the Search feature you'll be browsing our entire recipe database, so the results will not be personalized.
When you see something you like, just press the Add+ button and save it to a Menu. You can create and customize as many Menus as you would like! For example:
  • "To Try" Recipes that you have seen and want to cook at some point, but not necessarily this week
  • "Favorites" Recipes you have cooked and enjoyed and may want to cook again
  • "This Week" Recipes you want to make for the week
You can add as many or as few recipes to each Menu as you wish. Some members like to follow our recommendations to a tee, while others just pick and choose a few recipes to cook each week.
Once you have created your Menu, simply click "Sync with grocery" and the Meal Planner will automatically generate a Grocery List with all of the ingredients you'll need to make the meals on that Menu. You can use the Grocery List in the store on your phone, print it out, email it, or send it to Instacart or Amazon Fresh for delivery.
